CreditVeto

Most people don't know they have errors on their credit report, and even fewer know how to dispute them. CreditVeto changes that. The platform uses AI to automatically scan reports, identify negative marks, generate dispute letters, and track their removal over time.

We designed and built the product foundation from the ground up. The core challenge was making a complex, often anxiety-inducing process feel manageable and clear. We built a dashboard that gives users a real-time view of their credit health, dispute progress, and the AI's recommendations, without overwhelming them with jargon.

From the design system to the dispute generation interface, every surface was built for users who are motivated but intimidated. The goal was simple: turn an opaque, bureaucratic process into something people can actually understand and act on.
